As of May 28th, 2010 Our Rates are the Following: Rate 1 (Within our 56 Cities/Town Service Area) $1.50 Flag $1.90 Per Mile $32.00 Per Hour Waiting Time $3.50 Minimum Fare Mini Van Request-$5.00 additional charge Fuel surcharges: A $1.00 Fuel surcharge per ride will be in force when fuel is in excess of $2.80 per gallon; (the surcharge in place of permanetly raising the meter rates). If/when fuel reaches over $3.70 per gallon there is a $2.00 fuel surcharge fee.   Fares are based per vehicle rather than per passenger. The Taxi Meter will be started after 7 minutes of a driver waiting for the passenger on initial pickup. $3.00 No Load Fee=If you call for a taxi, it shows up, and you change your mind/or are not there $1.00 Surcharge MAY Be Charged on Holidays $100.00 Clean up fee for bodily fluids ALL TOLLS ARE COVERED BY INTERNAL IPASS UNITS ***NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR TOLLS***

Every taxicab is also mechanically inspected by an inspection station, and the taxi meters are checked and sealed for accuracy several times a year by different police departments.
